Clients Achieving Record Months Post- COVID:
Hi {{First Name | Friend}},
After a short two-week break to support my agency’s clients and focus on campaigns, strategy, and holiday execution, I’m back.
In reality, I could have used AI to write an email and send it your way, but I prefer to be intentional about what lands in your inbox. I want to share substance. That’s why I’m starting this email with the two images below.
Two clients and their November’s total revenue!

These two clients operate with different budgets. Same industry. Different inventory counts too.
This is exactly why I urge business owners to build systems that work without them so they can focus on revenue-generating actions.
For instance, if you spend your time doing $20 tasks, you slow your growth. If you choose to keep doing those tasks, then at the very least you need systems running in the background while you allocate your time where it matters.
I also want to share that both of these accounts have been clients for over five years. I’ve watched them go from their first $10K to the numbers you’re seeing now. These results didn’t happen overnight. I’ve seen them put in the work for years.
So what worked for them that gave them these numbers in just 30 days? Keep reading to find out!

If you’d like to set yourself up for success like these two clients, check out the strategies below. Some are more e-commerce related than others, but if you are a course creator, realtor, coach, or service provider, these are real-life strategies that can help you grow your business and scale beyond the plateau many experience after years in business.
1. Plan your inventory ahead: E-Commerce Do not run ads without this information, or you’ll end up serving ads to audiences with nothing to buy.
2. Have a welcome sequence ready the moment someone downloads your freebie. No excuses. Whoever stays after the welcome sequence tend to be a good fit as your ideal customer avatar.
3. As you collect subscribers, transfer that audience into Facebook Ads. Start retargeting them with your offer so you’re not relying on a cold audience alone. You can also create lookalike audiences from it! Yes, they still work. 😉
4. Plan your content in advance. Graphics, promos, codes, deadlines. No last-minute scrambling. That mistake is expensive. We scheduled their campaigns at least 10 days in advance.
5. Increase your ad spend by at least 20 percent if possible. Growth requires momentum. Ads are more expensive during the holiday season, so if you don’t increase your budget, you are already in the bottom!
6. Have at least three foundational email flows. Welcome sequence, abandoned checkout, and abandoned cart are non-negotiable.
7. Set weekly KPI checkpoints. Track CTR, CPC, CPM, and email performance so you can catch inefficiencies fast.
8. Warm your audience weekly. Use organic content, stories, and emails so buyers are primed before promotions ever begin. Going no content will hit your metrics hard!
9. Create a clear offer stack. Bonuses, guarantees, urgency. Buyers convert faster when the value is easy to understand.
10. Use a system for delegation. Remove the $20 tasks from your plate so you can focus on revenue-driving decisions. Your job is to produce, but if you enjoy $20, I suggest to have 6-7 email automations and ads running 24/7!
Metrics That Matter: Key Indicators for Campaign Success
In my last email, I shared a tutorial to do a lead campaign! Now that you’ve set it up, you can start tracking some metrics that will determine the future of your campaigns!
There are way too many metrics out there, but my advice is to get started with these four!
Opt-in Rate: This tells you how effectively your landing page is converting visitors into leads. Aim for a healthy range of 30-50%+.
Click-Through Rate (CTR): For ads, this measures how compelling your ad is in prompting action. A higher CTR indicates strong ad relevance and engagement.
Conversion Rate: Track how many leads turn into paying customers. For cold audiences, aim for 1-5%, and for warm audiences, 5-20%.
Email Open and Click Rates: These metrics show how engaging your email content is. Aim for an open rate of 30%+ and a click rate of 2-7%.
To your success,
Nadia
