In my past newsletters, I have shared how I have worked with e-commerce businesses primarily before branching out to also support course creators, coaches and consultants! 

Adding another industry to my menu of services was not a big change because ads and funnels fundamentals are the same regardless of the industry you serve. 

Although there are tasks and strategies that are different, what I came to realize is that whether a business is in industry A or B, there’s something that most of us get wrong about the holiday season and the push to increase our revenue. Here it goes: 

The holiday season’s success is NOT built in November or a few weeks before the end of the year. That success starts now, in Q3. Holiday planning requires so much from us, and guess where people fall flat most of the time? Their funnels! 

Yes friend, this includes creative assets, budget allocation, even identifying what will be on sale. Can you believe that? 

So, if you are not planning your holiday sales now, you’re most likely late! No exaggeration here. 

10- Step Roadmap to Crush Q4

Alright, friend, let’s get strategic. If you want to crush your holiday sales goals, it’s time to stop winging it and start planning like the CEO you are. Here’s your 10-step roadmap to make sure your business is ready to thrive this holiday season:

1. Set Your Revenue Goal

Start with clarity. How much do you want to make this holiday season? Be specific. Break it down into weekly or even daily targets so you can reverse-engineer your strategy.

2. Audit Last Year’s Performance

If you ran holiday campaigns last year, take a hard look at what worked and what didn’t. Which products sold best? What campaigns flopped? Use that data to make smarter decisions this year.

3. Choose Your Holiday Offers

Decide NOW what you’ll be promoting. Whether it’s a sitewide sale, a bundle, or a limited-edition product, make sure your offer is irresistible and aligned with what your audience actually wants.

4. Map Out Your Funnel
