Meta Andromeda. Part 2: What You Should Know
Hi there {{first_name}} 👋
Two newsletters ago, I shared about Meta’s latest update, Andromeda. For the record, this update isn’t something to fear. It’s something to understand.
Meta’s systems are getting better at prediction. That means they are constantly asking one question.
Who is most likely to take action, and why?
Your job is not to fight that system, it’s to give it the right information to work with!
Here’s what that looks like in practice.
First, think like an operator, not a consumer of advice.
Most advice online is built for attention, not application. As a business owner, your responsibility is to filter information through your business model, your margins, and your customer journey. Not every tactic deserves your energy.
Second, focus on decision quality, not control.
You don’t control outcomes. You control inputs. Clear offers. Clean data. Strong messaging. Thoughtful testing. When those inputs are solid, the system has something accurate to work with. Plus, if you incorporate organic marketing such as email automation & campaigns + a solid content strategy, trust me, it’ll show up in your ads’ results.
Third, stop chasing constant optimization.
Andromeda needs stability to learn. If you’re resetting campaigns, swapping creatives daily, or reacting emotionally to short-term swings, you’re interrupting the very process designed to help you. Consistency beats cleverness.
And finally, regulate before you react 💕
Fear leads to rushed decisions ➡️ Rushed decisions create volatility; it’s a vicious loop! Calm analysis = momentum.
Andromeda isn’t asking you to become more technical. It’s asking you to become more intentional.
When you approach this update from clarity instead of urgency, your ads stop feeling fragile. And your business stops being at the mercy of every headline.
That’s how you work with the system.
Not by chasing it. But by leading through it.
Why the Fear Around Meta Updates Is So Loud
Today, I want to talk about something that doesn’t get said enough.
Every time Meta makes a quiet change, a familiar cycle starts.
Panic posts. Urgent emails. New “systems.” New frameworks. New promises that this is the thing you need to survive.
And I need to be very clear about this. A lot of agencies and “consultants” profit from fear. Uncertainty becomes a sales strategy. Confusion becomes a funnel.
If business owners feel behind, overwhelmed, or unsafe, they’re more likely to buy.
So the message becomes dramatic.
“Everything changed.”
“Your ads will stop working.”
“You’ll fall behind if you don’t act now.”
That approach works. It just isn’t honest. Here’s the truth most people won’t say out loud.
If ads truly stopped working every time Meta updated something, no one would have a stable business 😄. Yet plenty of accounts continue performing quietly, steadily, without panic.
Fear-based marketing preys on people who are already carrying a lot.
Tight margins. High expectations. Responsibility for payroll, family, and growth.
I don’t believe in building authority that way.
I believe in honest marketing.
In naming uncertainty without exploiting it.
In teaching people how to think, not what to blindly follow.
That’s why I spend so much time debunking myths.
Why I push back on misleading claims.
Why I won’t sell you a shortcut wrapped in urgency.
Because the goal isn’t dependency.
It’s clarity.
Meta didn’t quietly change how ads work so you could panic.
The system evolved, like it always does. And the advertisers who stay grounded, curious, and intentional continue moving forward.
You don’t need more fear.
You need better judgment.
Better questions.
Better decisions.
That’s the kind of marketing I stand behind.
And that’s the kind of education I’ll continue to put out.
I am ending this newsletter here as I realize this a lot of information to process; however, if you have any questions, please DM me or add me on Facebook! 📲
