So {{First Name | Friend}}, Meta Andromeda again? Yes, friend. Some of you reached out asking for more clarification on this subject because there’s an abundance of misinformation out there.

First of all, it’s nothing to be afraid of. If you’ve used the Meta platform for ads, you know that changes are frequent, but very much welcome because they improve the platform and overall ad performance.

Since my audience is primarily e-commerce brands and service providers, I’ll break down how this update impacts each category.

Meta Andromeda for E-Commerce Businesses

What Andromeda cares about most:

  • Purchase behavior and post-click experience (email automations are a must)

  • Creative clarity. Product, price, use case, trust

  • Consistent data flow, not random spikes

What works better now

  • Fewer ads with clearer messaging

  • Strong organic content feeding paid ads

  • Product pages that load fast and answer questions

  • Retargeting that educates, not just discounts

What hurts performance

  • Constantly turning ads on and off

  • Scaling ads that rely only on urgency

  • Ignoring email and post-purchase flows

  • Expecting cold traffic to convert instantly (it takes 7-11 visits for someone to convert, keep this in mind).

Essentially, Andromeda favors brands that look predictable and trustworthy which is why it’s important you also focus on social proof (reviews, user-generated content really help).

If your ads, content, and website tell the same story, delivery improves.

Meta Andromeda for Service Providers/Coaches/Course Creators

What Andromeda cares about most

  • Engagement signals before conversion

  • How well Meta understands who your offer is for (know your ideal customer)

Funnel depth and follow-up (email automations, tagging are a must)

What works better now

  • Content that builds authority before selling; for instance, you can use existing content to create your ads!

  • Lead ads paired with nurture sequences; get started by sending someone to a freebie!

  • Warm audiences built from video views, saves, and clicks, if you’re not posting reels/video, you have a problem!!!

  • Longer learning periods with fewer changes; don’t touch your ads, let them work and learn.

What hurts performance

  • Running ads straight to a sales page with no trust, a cold audience doesn’t typically convert and if it does, it’s very expensive.

  • Changing copy or audiences every few days, as a service provider/coach you can get away with not touching them for easily 3 weeks.

  • Relying on one launch window

  • Treating ads like a shortcut instead of a system

Andromeda rewards clarity over hype. If Meta can’t predict who should buy your offer, delivery suffers. Funnels that educate first convert better and cost less over time.

Five Zero Panic Strategies

Build or clean up your email automations: If Andromeda cares about post-click experience, email is not optional. Make sure every ad has a follow-up path. Welcome flows, nurture sequences, post-purchase emails.

Stop changing ads too quickly: Andromeda needs time to predict outcomes. Commit to letting ads run long enough to learn. For coaches and service providers, this often means 2–3 weeks minimum without touching copy or audiences.

Align your ads, content, and website messaging: Andromeda favors predictability and trust. Your ads, social content, landing pages, and emails should tell the same story. Mixed messages slow delivery and hurt consistency. Make sure branding matches too!

Strengthen organic content on purpose: Organic content now feeds paid performance more directly. Post content that builds trust, shows social proof, and educates. Especially video. If you’re not posting Reels or video, you’re limiting your warm audiences.

Build and use warm audiences intentionally: Video views, saves, clicks, and email engagement matter. Create ads and content specifically to build these signals so Andromeda can predict conversions more accurately.
