How to Stay Resilient in Changing Times
Whether you’re in the USA or not, you’ve probably noticed it—consumer behavior is shifting, and it’s leaving a lot of business owners feeling stuck.
This shift has created a massive mindset challenge. I’ve seen it firsthand—business owners questioning if they’ll make payroll, wondering if sales will ever bounce back. The answer? Yes, they will. But it starts with you.
Now, don’t worry—I’m not about to turn this into a 'mindset meets funnels' moment 😂.
But after working with so many business owners, I’ve noticed a common theme: feelings of defeat, worry, and even the temptation to give up. That’s why I want to remind you of this:
If you’re here, it’s because you’ve already overcome challenges that once felt impossible. You’re resilient.
When sales are slow, go back to your biggest months and analyze what worked. If you’re not tracking that data yet, start now—it’s the key to duplicating success. 100% Non-negotiable. If you don’t know what worked before, that is a big issue, friend!
Your business will only grow as far as your mindset allows. Stay focused on what’s possible, not what’s missing.
If organic sales are down, lean into ads. If ads are down, double down on organic. Both are powerful tools—use them strategically.
Remember, your audience’s needs may have shifted. Take the time to reconnect with them—survey, ask questions, and listen. The more aligned you are with their current desires, the easier it is to create offers that convert.
Don’t underestimate the power of consistency. Even when it feels like no one’s watching, showing up regularly builds trust and momentum over time.
