Hey friend!

The Scariest Five Hours

Earlier this year, I went through a health scare that completely shifted my perspective at the personal and professional levels. It forced me to pause, reflect, and appreciate my life, my business, and the freedom I’ve worked so hard to build.

Right after turning 40, I got inspired by my friend and assistant and decided to—thanks to schedule a routine test. I assumed it would be simple and quick.

But the very next day, I got a call I’ll never forget:

“We found something. We need you to come in for an ultrasound.”

My heart dropped.

I messaged my friend right away—she had also received the same call. That gave me a small sense of comfort, but my mind was still spinning. Thankfully, I was able to get an appointment that same day.

Now, we all know how fast five hours can go when we’re on social media or bingeing a show. But those five hours waiting for results? They felt like a lifetime.

Finally, the doctor came in:

“It’s a cyst. It’ll go away on its own. Come back in a year.”

I sobbed with relief. I texted my family immediately. My husband was waiting anxiously at home, and my daughters were in the waiting room, probably wondering if everything was about to change.

And in those agonizing hours, here’s what surprised me most:

I wasn’t scared of losing money.

I wasn’t thinking about business.

I wasn’t worried about bills.

My fears were rooted in the moments I might miss:

💔 Taking my girls to school.

💔 Watching their dreams unfold.

💔 Seeing their graduations, weddings… their lives.

That’s when I realized—I’ve built something that gives me peace.

A business that doesn’t fall apart if I need to step away.

Systems that support my clients.

Funnels and emails that work—even when I’m not.

This is the freedom I want for you, too.

I’ve walked through hard things—poverty, rejection, postpartum work two weeks after birth—but I chose to build a new legacy.

When I teach Facebook Ads and Organic Funnels, I’m not just teaching strategy…

I’m teaching freedom.

Freedom to rest.

Freedom to be present.

Freedom to live.

And if you want that too—know that it’s absolutely possible.

Six Tasks to Automate Before You Delegate

While navigating the aftermath of that health scare, I took a step back and audited the tasks I’ve automated instead of delegated. To my surprise, those very automations were not only generating and nurturing leads—but also supporting and serving my clients seamlessly. It was a powerful reminder that smart systems can create freedom. So, I put together a short list of tasks you can start automating right away—no need to grow your team or increase payroll.

🔁 1. Email Welcome & Nurture Sequences: Set up automated sequences that introduce your brand, share your story, and warm up leads before passing them to a sales funnel or team member.

📅 2. Lead Magnet Delivery: Automate the delivery of freebies (PDFs, checklists, guides, discounts, new arrivals reminders, etc.) through email service providers like Klaviyo, Flodesk, or ActiveCampaign.

🛒 3. Abandoned Cart Emails: Automate reminder emails to shoppers who didn’t complete their purchase. These recover sales on autopilot.

🎉 4. Special Promotions or Launch Sequences: Set up evergreen or seasonal promo funnels that can run repeatedly with minimal tweaks—perfect for holidays or launches.

📊 5. Reporting Dashboards: Set up automatic reports (using tools like Google Data Studio, Triple Whale, or Shopify reports) to monitor your KPIs without having to dig manually every week.

⭐️ 6. Review & Testimonial Requests: Use automated emails or SMS follow-ups to ask for reviews after a purchase, which builds social proof without chasing people down.

Let’s turn your ads & funnels into a money-making machine! 🚀

With gratitude & intention,

Nadia 🥂
