Your emails (if any) feel more like checkboxes than conversations
Thereās no system to guide your audience into your funnel

Instagram is putting renewed emphasis on short-form video because itās what keeps users engaged. And after a season of shaky algorithm changes and declining views, the platform is now rewarding Reels with more reach especially for creators and small businesses showing up consistently.
What does that mean for you?

ā”ļø Theyāre being shown on the Explore page and suggested more often
ā”ļø You donāt need to go viralāyou just need the right people to see you
Think of Reels as the top of your funnel: they spark visibility, draw in cold audiences, and give people a quick taste of your voice, vibe, and values.
And the best part? You donāt need to dance or do trends to make them work. Your expertise, storytelling, and behind-the-scenes content are more than enough to pull the right traffic in.
Key word here, friend! storytelling! If youāve attended any of my trainings, you' know that I always suggest that type of content to build trust and nurture your audience. If you donāt know how to get started, use these three prompts to jump in.
Prompts:
š Prompt #1: Share a specific moment that shifted the direction of your business. Was it a failed launch? A bold decision? A client breakthrough?
š” Why it works: It hooks people with emotion, builds trust, and positions you as someone who gets it.
ā Example opening line: āIāll never forget the day I almost gave up on my businessā¦ā
š Prompt #2: Reflect on something you know now that you wish you had known at the start of your journeyāpricing, marketing, burnout, confidence, etc.
š” Why it works: Itās relatable, gives value, and makes you instantly more human.
ā Example opening line: āIf I could go back and tell my beginner self one thing, itād be thisā¦ā
š Prompt #3: Share the real story behind a recent win or failureāwhat led to it, what went wrong or right, and what you learned.
š” Why it works: Vulnerability + strategy = trust magnet. It shows depth and builds authority at the same time.
ā Example opening line: āEveryone sees the results, but hereās what really happened behind the scenesā¦ā
