Clean Up Your List: Remove inactive subscribers. It’s scary, I know, but it’ll instantly boost your open rates, click-through rates, and even lower your email platform costs.
Post With Purpose: No more ‘buy now’ posts. Your audience doesn’t want to feel used—they want to feel seen. Share behind-the-scenes moments, customer stories, and content that builds trust.
Engage With Intention: Spend 30 minutes a day engaging with your followers. Respond to comments, DM your VIP clients, and make them feel valued.
Create VIP Campaigns: Give your best customers exclusive perks. Whether it’s early access to a sale or a private offer, make them feel special.
Audit Your Funnel Touchpoints: Take a close look at every step of your funnel—from your opt-in page to your thank-you emails. Ask yourself: Does this feel personal? Does it guide my audience toward the next step with clarity? For example, if someone downloads your freebie, follow up with an email that says, “I saw you grabbed [freebie name/discount]! Here’s how to get the most out of it…” This makes them feel seen and sets the stage for deeper engagement.
Leverage Social Proof Strategically: Sprinkle testimonials, case studies, or screenshots of client wins throughout your content.
