Today, I’m excited to share how an account my agency manages went from 5.27X to 15.15X with Facebook & Instagram ads in just seven days. As always, I don’t gatekeep, so check out the roadmap of strategies below.
A client I work with saw a decline in sales, yet her ads were performing well. Just like many business owners, she felt like she was in a hamster wheel. Reminder: ads typically drive only 50–60% of your revenue. If it’s more, you’re lucky—and it’s smart to reinvest part of those returns back into ads.

As someone who runs an ads agency—and deeply cares about my clients—I don’t just “run the ads.” I do 1:1 check-ins because success goes far beyond campaigns. Our calls focus on what really moves the needle: backend systems, content, inventory, messaging, and actual sales numbers.

At first glance, it looked like she was doing everything right. She was showing up, posting daily, sending emails—checking all the boxes.
But something still wasn’t clicking…
So we made a few strategic shifts—and the difference was night and day. Here’s what she started doing instead (and what you might need to do too):
✅ Post with Purpose—Not Just to Check a Box
Posting 5 times a day just to stay “active”? We cut that to 2 intentional posts with a clear goal: connect, educate, or sell. Not every post should scream “Buy now!”
Here’s the content mix I recommended:
Connect: Share your story, behind-the-scenes, or introduce your brand.
Educate: Offer styling tips, highlight social proof, or answer common questions.
Sell: Feature new arrivals, restocks, products or must-haves (just once a day is enough!).
âś… Upgrade Your Email Game
Send two campaigns a week instead of one—feature bestsellers, collections, or new drops.
Release new arrivals once a week to reduce photo shoots and content overwhelm.
Clean up automations: archive underperformers and update graphics on high-converters.
Run win-back campaigns for one-time buyers or those who’ve ghosted for a year.
âś… Go Heavy on VIDEO (Seriously!)
Aim for 75% video, 25% carousel posts. This is where most businesses lose visibility and customers. Video builds trust, showcases your products in action, and drives real engagement.
We’re testing this strategy for two weeks—then it’s time to reassess reach and conversions.
Because sometimes, doing less with more intention is exactly what your business needs.
